Lift Me Up!

When I created this card on Thursday with the Lift me Up Stamp set. Little did I know that I would actually be up in a balloon on Saturday!  Yes I took that photo looking on from “Never Too Old” The gorgeous, violet, blue, and yellow balloon that carried me away. The  Up & Away Thinlits  create the delicate design and the bright colored bands that show through.   Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist, Coral Calypso, and Melon Mambo Cardstock  gave the balloon it’s vibrant color underneath the lovely patterned design of the thinlit. I used Pacific Point Cardstock to make the basket pop. Tranquil Textures DSP gives the card a lovely sky effect. I used a 1 inch strip of Night of Navy cardstock and theTriple Banner Punch  to make the sentiment banner.

After I had the amazing trip in “Never Too Old” I decided to make a set of cards to gift to the balloon owner/pilot. The Lift Me Up Stamp Set has 4 lovely sentiments that convey thanks, congratulations, Happy Birthday and Thinking of you. It makes a perfect gift.  The Balloon Pilot was thrilled.
