My name is Gianna a.k.a. Gigi. I am a very busy single mother of 3 young adults (Dan , Marcus and Marianna) who have all recently married and are building lives of their own. I have spent much of the past 15 years always working more than 1 job at a time to support my children, my primary job being a teacher of 2nd Grade students in a community near Boston which is approximately a 1 hour commute each way. Throughout my journey, raising and supporting my children on my own, I have discovered how important it is to carve out a little time for yourself to just be. Stampin’ Up! allowed me to create my own path, reinventing myself into the kind of person I want to be.
I continue to dicover and rediscover myself as I create cards and projects for others. I realized that the courage it takes to give of yourself in the form of personally crafted projects also strengthens the courage you need to face the trials and tribulations of every day. Confidence is a tough commodity to come by. It can’t be bought, borrowed or stolen. It can only be created from within. The amazing world of Stampin’ Up! and paper crafting has become my island of calm in an otherwise hectic world.
