Sale-A-Brations Celebration!!!!
I love the Honey Bees stamp set and the Detailed Bees Dies in the Honey Bee Bundle, found in the Mini Catalog, that make this card just adorable. However, Golden Honey Specialty DSP, A FREE Sale-a-brations product, is my favorite part of this design. First it has the gorgeous gold foil detail, and then with a little bit of Gorgeous Grape ink using the Aqua Painters, the wings become delicate flutters that fairies are made of.
The Vellum Cardstock adds to the lightness of this design. I stamped the sentiment on the vellum with Momento Tuxedo Black ink. I used the Heat Tool to ensure the ink was dry before attaching the beehive to it. When I put the whole card together, I built it from the card base up. The Gold Foil bee was attached last. I used SNAIL on the silicon mat to keep the adhesive from being too much. This is such a fun and simple card to put together. I hope you enjoy it.
I was having so much fun with the Aqua Painters, that I kept going. The French Countryside Stamp Set is a perfect way to go when you want to play with color. Found in the Mini Catalog, I just couldn’t wait to add color.
