Hydrangeas and Heartfelt

It has been a long time since I have been able to send a Valentine to a sweetheart.  This year is no exception.  But this year, with isolation and limited social contact, I have many a friend that I realize I am so lucky to have in my life.  I wanted to create a card that sent a message of gratefulness and appreciation for my true blue friends. I had a great time playing with ink and Water Painters to create the Hydrangea.  I love the watercolor designs of the Hydrangea Hill DSP. 

The “Big Boss” and the “Mini Boss” are great new tools and a fabulous addition to my craftroom.  You can see the beautiful designs created by the Hydrangea and Curvy dies .  The New Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machines are so smooth and easy to use. 

The Pastel Pearls are embellishments that are part of the Hydrangea Hill Suite Collection.  A must have for any Spring loving crafter.  I can see that this will be a go to suite for me.

 

To finish off the design, I used a simple sentiment on a punched heart from the Heartfelt Bundle to send my message of appreciation for my friend.  The little blossom on the the heart also decorate the hydrangea and give it a 3D design.
