Campology set in the Beauty of the Earth
The Campology Stamp Set within the Beauty of the Earth DSP to make this beautiful Father’s Day Card. True confessions, I used this coloring technique on the tent last year when I first used this stamp set. You may be wondering “What’s new?” Well I am loving the new blending brushes and I have learned how to create the printed background of a year ago. 
When I was a kid, my Dad never went camping with us. He didn’t even go on camping trips when my brothers went with the Boy Scouts, but he was the biggest cheerleader when we thought it would be a great idea to set up a tent in the back yard, or go camping with the scouts. I spent many times at the local Girl Scout Camp and it led me to encourage my children to do the same. So when I saw this set, I always think of my Dad. The Hippo and Friends Dies have so many great label dies. This one is the perfect size for this image.
After making the great image, I used my trusty Stamperatus to create the sentiment in the middle. I used some very easy techniques to create this card, but this hop tugged at my heartstrings as I lost my Dad to Alzheimer’s at the beginning of this month. I hope you enjoyed the tribute to my Dad.
